I always have a great experience when shopping or looking for a particular item. I was in the store today and Sandy, the gal who waited on me, could not have been more accommodating. She helped me look for a specific size of rug that I was looking for and she went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She even went to the loading dock with 2 large carpets and helped me get them into my car. I found what I was looking for and also found some new drapes "that I was not looking for"!! The service was exceptional and that is one of the reasons that I always shop Pier 1.
