I was notified by nco acollection agency for pay pal the represenative said that pay pal attempted to contact me for an outstanding bill $18.99 since they couldn't reach me my name was sent to collections these people told me that i owe $107.99 and if i didn't pay it the bill would continue to increase first she said ebay and after talking to pay pal i was told east bay i've never heard of east bay... Ebay pay pal and east bay are scaming people i was told that i order something from diamond wireless i didn'torder anything from them i order a phone back in february in order for me to receive my item i had to pay for it first i discovered that the package was coming from hong kong it took about a month i order a motorola razr phone it cracked and my cellullar company tried to get the phone working i have a piece of junk they have my money the seller was excelbuying i tried to work with them they quoted send mepictures of the phone i did and never heard from them i talked with ebay and pay pal about it i sent email after email do you think they responded heck no i didn't hear from them they open a case closed it and said they tried to reach me but i was never available what a crock i will never do business with them again oh the collection agency said and i quote if you pay us $25.99 we will concider your debt paid in full tell me what idiot would let their credit be ruined over $18.99...$18.99 turned into $107.99 these people must have fell and bumped their heads i closed my bank accounts consumers beware
