Anyone who has had problems with Tbreeze Boats and/or Ralph Smith, please respond back to me. There is a wide spread investigation about this criminal and I would like all of us who have suffered at the hands of this greedy, mean person to come forth. Let's all wave bye-bye as he goes to jail - FINALLY!
He forged a POA, "sold" my boat, of course didn't tell me. Went to his "new" place and demanded my boat back or a check. Of course the check isn't any good.
He doesn't have a license to do business in the state of Florida, doesn't even have a tax id number. He had copies of $100 bills in my file so we know he isn't reporting income to the IRS. I think they will also be interested. He's already had tax liens against him. There are other judgements also.
