Late last year I was arrested on a charge that had a $4,000.00 bond. Due to my personal history, Freddie demanded the $4,000.00 before bailing me out. No problem, he was given the $4,000.00 and he bailed me out. On April 7 the charges were dismissed and upon speaking with Freddie, the bond money would be returned less the 10% which he is entitled to and this would within 4 weeks. Keep in mind, he is supposed to return the money within 21 days according to the state commissioners office. Towards the end of April, Freddie returned $1,000.00 with the promise that the balance returned within two weeks. Two weeks came and went and finally afer numerous phone calls from many different numbers he returned another $400.00 with a not writtne on the money order stating, balance to be returned by end of May. It is now June 28, and a total of $2,200.00 is stil owed by Freddie. On June 1, a complaint was filed against Freddie with the states' insurance regulatory office. We were told that Freddie has 21 days to respond. As of this morning I do not believe he has responded.
