I recieved their letter about a credit card with a limit of 10,000.00 dollars so i filled out the attachment and sent my money of 45.00 us dollars on 4/23/10 and as of 06/23/10 i have not recieved any

On 04/23/10 i sent off a 45.00 dollar money to New Millennium Bank Credit Card Processing Center and as of 6/23/10 i haven't recieved a credit card or any notice from them. So i gets online to google their name to get a number and see that this is a ripoff. I need to get my money back how can i or what can i do...
