How do i get the phone picked up and my credit card credited for a phone i did not order. - cricket

I ordered a cricket phone and was charged for two phones the transaction took place in seconds of the first one. They delivered two phones i have contacted them three times and they told me the phone would be picked up it is a week later and the phone has not been picked up. I did not want to pay to ship the phone that i did not order back. I am afraid that they will not credit my credit card for the phone that i did not order. I keep calling and they keep telling me lies. This should be against the law to duplicated a order and charge a consumers credit card twice for something i did not order. What can i do to get the phone picked up and my credit card credited.
