We have worked with chase finance since i was injured and put off for surgery with owcp. It took 4 months before i got a check so we got behind. They have called every few days or we call them they dont know whats going on from one call to another. We have sent (faxed & fed ex) numweous times all the paperwork they have asked for. They have now filed for sherriff sale on 6/11. But yet the day after 6/12 they called and wnted to update our records nothing has changed for us. Not even a penny. Are they keeping us on the hook so they can forclosure or shold we file a chapter 13? Dont know, we never had bad credit and could get anything we wanted anytime now we are devestated. What to do?
