I was at the house on time off when my truck broke bown and had to be towed to fraightliner for repairs. At that time i gave my 2week noticed that I was quiting and i cleaned out my truck. I told my dispatcher (mark bowen) that i was going to return the truck to louisville, ky yard after it got repaired. When i called fraightliner to check on the truck, they told me that jb hunt had someone to pick it up and not to worry about it. When I went to get a jb for another company they told me that jb hunt had put on my dak report that I had abanoned the truck when i didn't! 6months earlier i had gotten a speeding ticket in ohio by my dispatchers friend who is a cop. My dispatcher wanted me to pay it instead of fighting it. He told me if i fought the ticket? I wood regret it! I now have a falsafied dak report that saids iI abandoned a truck when i didn't, I have losted my drivers licens, I'm now unable to get a job, I haven't worked in over 4months now, I have lost my van and fixing to be homeless. All because of my dispatcher falsifying my dak report!
