I actually donot understand the title of the organization. The return response handle describes:

I'm getting USPS messages marketing "Mature Final Cost Lifeinsurance" resolved to my previous spouse who died ten years back and he or she HASN'T existed in California. I get these often and also have be looking for out where this subscriber list is originating from. I truly believe this period of time is extreme and that I do not relish it.
