Usashoppingclub or platinum memberservices back door debit

I gave them my bank info and looked through their website and saw their unusually high prices and called them to cancel any memberships. Their website stated you will receive a return# in your e-mail. To make sure, I e-mailed my bank to block anything coming from usashoppingclub. Their first debit attempt was blocked, so they resubmitted under a different name (platinum member services) and stole $99.95 from my account. When I asked them for my money back they said "we dont give refunds, do what you have to do". Then they hung up the phone on me.
