Excess charges

I purchased a film through hotmoviesale.com. I had been billed $3.82 for that film. Today, I'm getting charged $9.82 for another thing. Used to do not purchase anymore moview from their website. I'd prefer to be taken off their client record due to the horrible opinions they've. Please support
