I had order a DVD (movie) from Best Brand Values (BBV), hotmoviesale on 5/12 which I paid for and never receive. I received a E-Mail stating that the DVD is unavailable "three" time, however BBV, Hotmoviesale has cancel my order. On the day of 5/18 and 6/18 a unauthorize transactions was made on my Debit Card account for membership fee by BBV, Hotmoviesale which I did not authorize.
