Brought (6) Fresh Air Purifiers in 2007 and cannot get the replacement filters. The Unit is the Fresh Air Purifer Ultra (3). The company number is busy all the time and they continually say online that they will be in April 12. Meanwhile we have these machines and cannot use them. The telephone number is 1-888 682-0273 or 1-650-493-0808. We need a Multi—function cartridge. Please help us. Tell us if there is another way of getting in touch with these people or if they are out of business.
