Nationstar Mortage Company wrongfully enrolled us in a escrow account. We have never been late with our mortage payments. We pay our own taxes and homeowners insurance. We have never had a lapse in our homeowners insurance in the 17 years we have lived in this house. 2 years ago Nationstar begain harassing us and tried to place us in a escrow account. We sent them proof of mortage payments and proof of paid taxes and homeowners insurance. We have bank statements to back up proof of payments and recipts from our taxes and homeowners insurance. My husband has repeatedly called this company and was met with rude and ignorant people. No one seems to know what representatives tell customers. When they are told what was said. They deny it or state "well i dont know who told you that" we give the name of the representative we spoke too. Then they say let me transfer you to so and so. That person does not know what we are "talking about" and often becomes beligerant. We have informed them in writing of all im saying and are now sending a letter stating if they continue to harrass us and illegally put us in escrow we will be forced to sue them. We have had to send our payments certified mail so we know they are getting them and so they can not say they dont. Its been a horrible battle and added expense to us. Our mortage payment is 579.37 They are trying to make us pay 1,531.61 the letters say to contact Bryan Minassian at 1-877-800-2432. Which we have Bryan is not a nice person believe me. As you can see this is 2 and a half times our normal mortage payment. This has caused us untold worry and stress. I am physically disabled and its caused me so much stress its causing me problems with my medical conditions. My husband has been contacting them and he gets run arounds and out and out hostility and beligerance. Its starting to cause stress in our home and to all who live here. Please help us. We can not take much more of this. We are honest people who pay this on time monthly infact we are a month ahead if the truth be known. We want our life back without the worry and stress they are causing us. Since when can a company lie like they do when proof has been shown. We dont want to move we love this place and area. We only have 8 years left to pay on this home. Our integrity has been questioned our good name beserched and we have been called liars in not so many words. Enough is enough.
