Charged my credit card for home business but also somehow used my card fraudulant and caused it to be cancelled, my opinion

D.W. Scott Financial, relating to a home business promise, charged my credit card twice and did not explain everything in the paper agreement I received later and somehow used or gave my credit card number to someone with an IP address of 24.56.42.162 who charged my card 3 times for $1.85 and 2 times for $34.95. My card company alerted me and cancelled the card. Equifax also alerted me as being fraud.
