Citi Protector is a Fraud!
Do not accept the offer to review the paperwork because once you say "Yes" you will be automatically enroll in it.
I am the primary card holder in the Account & when I call to inquire about my account they let me request the paperwork to review it, but when I call to cancel, they wanted to speak to the Card Holder.
We got so busy & didn't call after a couple of weeks to cancel & they don't refund the money for service that you didn't request. They say they'll summit a refund request & maybe you'll get your money back.
Such a Scam!!!
