I signed a six month lease with this company and honored my lease. After advising them that i would not renew my lease and paying 3 weeks of unused rent i moved out of state. I guess this gave them a license to keep my damage deposit of $350. The truth is they owe me a total of $660. For unused rent, utilities, and damage deposit. I know i have no chance in hell of ever recovering my loss but i would like to advise everybody of my loss and let them know how sneeky this outfit is. Be ware of these low lifes they would steal from their own grandmother if they had a chance and probably thrown her under the bus. These people have no principles at all and i wonder how many others they have scammed. Heads up... Do not rent from cpi investments in lincoln, ne you will pay in the end. These people are cockroaches and lower than whale shit on the bottom of the ocean. This has been a costly expireiance for me that i will never forget. I believe this will come back to bite them in the ass some day. Scam bags, hot air bags, we need to rid our city of thieves like this. Beware, beware, bad news
