Mark Cagni hired PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES to install an elevator in a residency in Tarpon Springs, Florid. The job contract called for a $14,500.00 installation to be put in, which was completed and billed in June.
It seems Mr. Cagni was in fact paid in full for the installation done by Precision and subsequently billed. For the next five years, drips and drab payments have been sent to PRECISION ELEVATOR SERVICES by Mark Cagni. Why would a company who was PAID IN FULL by the homeowner do such a thing? Why? Because Mark Cagni is a thief. He was Paid, but just couldn't part with the money owed to Precision Elevator because. I believe the word is... GREED.
For the pasdt five years token payments have come to Precision Elevastor Services. Mark Cagni is nothing short of a thief. He knew the money he was getting on his draws, some of it was destined to Precision Elevator Services, bgut beingt GREEDY, he pocketed the money and only after numerous... I mean numerous telephone calls and letters oiver five years about half was paid to date as of May 9. Mr. Cagni forgets that the statute of liumitations re-started again from his " last Payment ".
Imagine bringing your crew to a job site, working hard in the sun, and nhot gedtting paid for the work you have done because your contractor thought you and your crew were nhot important to him, and pockets all of the draws and lives on your sweat. How do you explain that to your crew? How do you go home and tell your wife what happened? Howe do you poay your bills, and your creditors?
Mark Cagni is nothing short of a thief. It is all about Mark Cagni. He covers his ass, his bills, and you are a tool for him to get all the money without lifting a finger. You put the time in, you should get Paid for what you provided. Mark cagni doesn't look at it that way. He wants all the marbles and leaves you there with youyr jaw dropped and a puzzled look on your face asking him " where's my money "? Your money went into his pocket. He the BIG SHOT living on your sweat.
