Amanda Bruce is a lifelong liar, thief, and con-artist. DO NOT rent to her, do not let her "borrow" your credit card, money, car, ANYTHING. She will pull out all the stops to have you believing she is sick with cancer, her college age daughters are sick, her dog is sick, tell you she's been pillaged or scammed and in desperate need of aid... ANYTHING she can think of to manipulate you to STEAL FROM YOU either short-term or long-term. She has no conscience at all. She does not care about you, your finances, your reputation, your kids, nothing. She has NO REGARD for the property or livelihood of others. She lives off the charity and kindness of people who believe her lies and want to help her. She has no shame whatsoever and will repeat the same crimes over and over again. She has a very lengthy public record of unlawful detainers and warrants in debt. She also has a felony and misdemeanor arrest record. She has recently been in the Boston area, but previously from northern VA, mostly Prince William County. Also may be in Wilmington, NC or Columbia, SC. She has blonde hair, green or possibly blue eyes, but one eye is very lazy, almost static. It appears not to move. She is significantly overweight. She has a blue Hyundai that is being hotly pursued by the bank. She will likely try not to park it in open places as she knows the repo man is after her. Her most likely health story is that she has cancer and is being treated at Dana Farber in Boston. She'll likely say she is going through chemo. She's been going through "chemo" for years. Notice she does not look like a typical cancer patient. Pay attention. Her stories do not add up. Though she has recently been busted with this lie and could have changed her story and moved on. However, she's been using the cancer lie for years. She will likely also tell you her daughters have one ailment or another, particularly her eldest daughter with a "heart condition." SHE'S LYING. Yelling, screaming, accusing, threatening. She's completely bluffing. She is afraid when cornered. She'll even go so far as to threaten legal action. This cannot be anymore hysterical. Believe me, she doesn't want anything to do with the police or the courts. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from her or you WILL be sorry.
