I purchased a majic jack in Jan and it hooked up to my lap top with windows premium vista, however I use a linksys router and my toshiba computer told me that permanent hard drive damage was done. I could not reach anyone with the majic jack company to complain or to get my money back. Another friend purchased a majic jack and it caught her hard drive on fire! Let the buyer beware. Customer service was non-existent when it was critically needed and NO WAY TO GET MONEY BACK!
