Do not lease or work for this comany or jose aka jesse guizar. This person is a scam artist. I leased on with Jose in March and ran for 4 long weeks. I never received a pay check. Everytime I tried to ask about when I can expect my money, he would tell me that I'm two weeks in the hole or for me to refer to my contract. I'm in the hole about $5,800.00 this includes the fuel I had to purchase for my tractor and the money Guizar's Trucking owes me. I'm one of 7 people that I know about. He Owes so much money to people that he had to get some guy named Chris to lie and cover for him.
Jose/Jesse is a crook and should not be trusted. I am getting a group of Company Drivers and Owner Operators together and we are going to sue the pants off this company. You can even check out their amount of shut down since February of this year on Safersys.org MC#693308, USDOT#1934426. They just opened up and are already above the national average on shut down. This company does not know the first thing about trucking. They have had me out on the road without any money, dispatch assistance or rest. They run illegal log books and create chargebacks for everything.
If you don't want to be hosed by Jose/Jesse Guizar, "Guizar's Trucking", then i suggest you stay clear of this company and these people. If you do chose to work with them then good luck but don't say you were never warned. Trust me, this is the only warning you will get.
