We visited HEB last night to ensure that my 73-year old mother might cash her Social Security check, anything she's completed each month going back couple of years. After waiting within the long-line, (it had been after 6pm currently) she reaches the table, moves thru the procedure, to become informed that Certegy wouldn't approve them to money her check!!! I named the amount about the small printout for Certegy from my mobile phone while still standing within the shop. After providing the owner the info, she continues to inform me that there's no derogatory information against my mother, but while operating the check thru their program, it pinged on some identitytheft protection factors. I inquired what factors might that perhaps be, and he or she proceeded to see off her pre-published software, "I am sorry ma'am, but that's amazing blah blah blah..." Then she explained that she might notice I had been contacting her from Walmart... (view above, nevertheless in HEB on mobile phone), which I really could discover elsewhere to try and money the check. After I eventually got a "boss, Lowell, about the telephone, he began informing me he recognized exactly what a difficulty it was... Blah, blah, blah, but that people would not have the ability to cash the check this month everywhere which used his organization. Exactly what a couple of BS!!! I had been soooooo pleased once the store I work with fired Certegy and returned to Telechek!!!
