Per the contract agreement between my self and u s fedlis any unused cash investment would be refunded at 100%if i did decide to cancel my policy, as long as there were no repairs made. It was stated to me that all coversations were recorded when I request for my previous conversation be investigated they were avoiding it everytime I requested.
In regards to customer service and supervisor the company was after my money and not to fulfill my needs as a customer. As a dissapointed customer I feel I was lied to, disrespected, mislead, and taken advantage of, therefore, I am requesting a full amount of my cash investment be returned to me per contract agreement.
