Celyn Aradanas-Hanson (Phoenix, Arizona branch) only cared about her commissions and nothing else at all. The worst part was that I tried to cancelled but was ignored. They passed me to different staffs. On 8 March, James Smith, the Regional Director of the Southwest Region lied to me that the marketing campaign was stopped 25 Feb. And a refund for any unspent money would be processed and it would take two weeks. As of today, 5 April, the campaign is still running as shown on the email report sent to me just a few days ago and the refund hasn't been processed yet. The most anger part was that when I called Mr. Smith, he requested another staff to talk with me as if he knew nothing was going on.
All I want to say is: Don't waste your money and time with this company, otherwise, you will end up with a lot of regrets and piss off like I did!!!
