I sent my taxes by e-file and there was a mistake. The company cashed my check and took my money and their is no way to correct their mistake or to contact them. I used this company last year and it was free. They will not even give me a copy of my returns. I used them in good faith only to be scamed and didn't get my money or anything for my check. I got them off the IRS free filing for e-files and something should be done as they are going under false pretense.
