ViatekProducts Watch Out.
On Jan 16 I bought online many electronics that were quite innovative. Then the trouble began.
Viatek was paid online within minutes of my purchase. I received NO verification except that the money was paid out on my account. Then I called them and they said they had some computer problems but to call back in a week and it would be cleared up. NO I did call back in a week and they still had problems and the computer was not showing their sales or the persons who had ordered.
This stupidity continued into late Feb with same story. They then started saying they would call me back. Never got a call but I kept calling.
In mid- March I told them I did not care about their computer problems and I wanted immediately either the products or my money back and intended to file in small claims court for damages in 1st week of April.
I received the products in the next week&and that started even more problems.
I got LED lights, stick-on lights, crankup flashlights (no batteries), and other electronics. All made in China by Koreans and the products are total crap. Few work at all and others fall apart at the slightest touch.
This company is crooked, take payment and do not deliver, and if you get the products you would have been better off to just find it in a reputable store.
China on the internet hides their location as they know they produce garbage products and that Americans will not buy if they know it is from China.
