The statements in all the other links made with the name "Managingagent1" were" ALL MADE BY AN ERRONEOUS IDENTITY!!! CLAIMING THE NAME: MANAGINGAGENT 1 (on usacomplaints.com) as landlord, probably because hes backed into what will be a very familiar place for him, and no where to run.

This phony individual (managingagent1) AKA - Jeffrey R Hirschkorn. Fraud, punk, cheat, liar, thief, Common lowlife criminal: (only the facts)
Is and has been making these reports with deceitful intent to claim my Identity "as the Landlord / owner " (Identity theft) "from which hes no stranger ", I found out"! And to attempt to hide his own crimes thru my good standing. (unlikely)
Also adding situations involving business of mine, in anyway shape or form has violated my privacy. (" Hes no stranger to this either "I found out) - among other things. (Lied to the neighbors as well, jeff and DAD "Alan" both bought my home for a mere $24,000.00 from a foreclosure sale, (lol) "He dont have a pot to piss in" or my House to live in due to the fact they Abandoned it (not that he even took care of it) yea it was done up new (he gave all bad checks to the vendors and contractors) He did not even pay the landscapers who cut the grass) Hes a dirt bag! And despite his threats of bankruptcy, It wont stop me from collecting. He can dictate from the book of Jeffrey Alan and Iris Hirschkorn all he wants, "NOT"
He stold the toilet paper holders (2 bathrooms) He lived rent free for 8months and still owes on default of lease (without the bad checks) His legal mumbjumbo dont mean skwat, " He impersonated a Lawyer " That even failed! Hes not a bail bondsman (He Does dream) even in his lies.
He`s made claim here to situations of mine, as his own, and has attempted to distort truth for his own gain and pleasure, Doing that in any public forum (which he has foolishly done here!) get a real life jeffrey..
With regards to legal and private matters associating myself and family, will be addressed and dealt with on a variety of different levels,
