I took a buy one, get one offer that entitled me to a 24 hour free pass to people finder's on 2-15-10, and on 3-12-10 keisha sent another email to let me hiperlink the email. She said it would be good till 3-17-10, at midnight. Still haven't been able to use the people finders without additional hidden costs, which i should not have to pay for with the 24 hour. Pass
On 3-17-10 i called customer service, no one is there. How many people have the chance to get on the internet during the day to use this service.
I feel like i have been ripped off, by them making promises that they do not keep! Please look into this situation, and keep those people on the straight and narrow before they take advantage of some other unknowling adult.
