Consumer beware of fraud and breach of contract!!!
We entered into a business deal and the agreement was not fulfilled on the part of Mr. Alex Shestovesky and Ms. Anya Cher (Shestovesky).
A price was determine and agreed upon yet the owner's obligation was not fulfilled only after work was completed on my part, despite an agreement that stipulated the terms and conditions clearly and openly.
