I order 2 filters on my credit card. Having not received them in ample time I checked to find the company had failed and the new owner gave an online form to fill out which was a ticket number to state what I had ordered, the amt of my order. I was issued a ticket number to go back to check the status and when I did a popup box appeared to enter a username and password. I was NEVER issued either so I could NOT enter the site. These people are professional ripoffs and there needs to be a class-action lawsuit filed against them no matter how small we lost individually! They think we won't take action so they probably will go on and set up another scam under another name which I understand is located at 14158 Willard Rd., Unit F., Chantilly, VA1. So, the Better Business Bureau and local Chamber members need to be called and made aware of them! Let's send letters to the BBB there!
