Harassing phone calls, threatening to charge my checking account for the remaining balance of $383.04 even though I have not missed a payment

It all started with a call stating that we are calling from your magazine publishers without giving a company name. They were going to lower my payments. Sure, they lowered my payments, but, guess what, I now had a new account.
I sent them a cancellation notice which they ignorned.
Today they called me and were very obnoxius on the phone. They threatened to charge the entire remaining balance on my account some $383.04 from my checking account today.
They are presently refusing to speak to me on the phone.

Beware of them for they are among the most unsurpulous of telemarketers whom I have encountered. They are scum!!!
