Am a mom of 4 boys and am on our 3rd xbox 360. No fix and just stops working and reading discs. Refuse to buy another after all three already and the money spent on games headsets microsoft points live accounts and so on and so on. When try to receive answers online they too want money how dispicable! Xbox system is crap and a money eater. I am not the only parent who thinks so either. Will not give thumbs up to anyone thinking of investing in this system. What ever happen to customer satisfaction and standing behind your product??? Can nothing be done as so i do not eat anymore costs of this?
