I brought my vehicle to Masters Auto Collision to repair body damage to my car.
When I walked in the door, the manager was looking at pornography on his computer. I told him that I was seeking an estimate for the work I needed. He kept staring at my chest like he was raping me with his eyes. It made me very uncomfortable.
They made me wait for so long in the lobby that I almost left. Finally, a man who smelled like armpits approached me to help provide the estimate. I took the estimator to look at my vehicle and I noticed that the owner was screaming obsenities at an elderly woman who had just had her car repaired there.
Though I was uncomfortable, the estimate seemed fair so I decided to have the work done. All they did was overpromise and underdeliver. It took them a week longer than they promised to fix my vehicle. They never called me to let me know that they'd be late.
