Worthless "leads" inaccurate info, no responses

After lots of promises about results and a huge advertising budget and "money back" guaranty, I agreed to rent a booth in the Seattle Homeshow Daily. At first, we received lead information from their office. But very quickly we realized that the information we were receiving wasn't accurate. We would call and email the "customers" and often couldn't get through to anyone. Often the emails were returned as non deliverable. We even sent letters to the addresses given and most of them were returned as "address unknown" or no "such address". When I tried to discuss this with Homeshow Daily's staff, I only got excuses or accusations. I was told their staff couldn't be responsible for accurate information or if the customer was lying.
We have all this well documented! Last week I spent an hour with one of their Seattle managers and brought all our documentation. He was shocked at the extent of the problem. I was assured things would change. After so many assurances, I need to see changes. Actually, I want out!
I told them to stop charging our credit card, but they continued to do so. Eventually I changed credit cards so they couldn't keep charging it. I am not the only company with a display who is very unhappy. They are having real trouble collecting their rents and have filed for bankruptcy in Boise. They are also involved in a few lawsuits that I am aware of.
