Nationwide Properties International
Amy Glenn, Samantha White, Angela the manager and David Kelly. Dan Gracia from bizhub of Orlando, Raymond Martinez owner Agrees to rent and sell my timeshare, then after being paid they won't answer phonesor emails

In Dec. i got a call from Amy Glenn of Nationwide Properties International that that she seen my ad about selling my timeshare and that she can sell it for me. Itold her that i had to research her company first, she assured me that her company was not one of those companies. After researching i did not notice any red flags except they were not accredited by the BBB. After telling her that i will get back to her because i do not want to be ripped off again by timesales resale company, she kept calling almost daily.
Finally i told her i will give her company a try, she told me she had a buyer and a renter for my timeshare, she even sent me the paperwork on the renter and buyer saying that, the company had gotten a deposit of $8200.00 for the selling and $1500.00 for the renting of my timeshare, i trusted her on that, since i saw the supposedly proof. Amy Glenn and Samatha White had a taped conversation with me on the procedures of the sale and rental of timeshare. I had many more taped conversations with Amy assuring me that i would get the rental money on Feb. 16th and the sale money in about 45 days to 60 days, i paid them $2450.00 for the transactions. Since they have gotten my money i haven't been able to contact anyone, except a David Kelly who told me that Amy was on a few weeks leave because of something she did wrong. I sent out numerous emails and made numerous phone calls on all the numbers that i have for them and have gotten no response. Finally i emailed Dan Gracia of Bizhub and he reply back saying that he was just doing clerical work for Nationwide Properties, that they were in the middle of moving and that their phone lines are messed up. Amy had told me they had moved a month ago, so i know he is covering for them.
I faxed the paperwork Amy sent me to a law enforcement friend that i had in Washington DC, he looked at it right away and said it was a scam, he says that what these companies do is collect as much money as they possible can, then closed the office and move somewher else., he also pointed out to me that they were already on usacomplaints.com. I also contacted the Attorney Generals offices in California, Florida and Washington DC on a previous scam like this one and they said that if these scams are happening, they are not being reported, so there is nothing they can do, unless people like me come forward and report them, so for all those who are out there and have similar experiences, let's come together and report these unscupulous people or companies, who are preying on innocent people, so the authorities can shut them down and put them in jail. So beware of timeshare resales companies especially from Florida.
