Premiere Systems, Kirby, John Henry Free carpet cleaning demo ends with HUGE brown stain! Kibry takes no responsibility, and has zero customer service

We had a free demo of the Kirby Carpet Cleaning serivce from Premier Systems. It took 4 hours and left a HUGE brown stain on white carpet.
Salesperson Lindsay and Sales Manager Matt took no responsibility in the stain. They came up with a desperate lie and have stuck to it. They showed up at our home unannounced several times to 'fix' it and have made it much worse. They bullied my wife in person and on the phone and continue to absolutely lie. They will not return phone calls; will not respond to emails and the Corp Kirby people stand by their lies. I submitted photos of the stain, and still no responsiibility!
My homeowners insurance company has taken over for now. Be careful, these are bad people. Seems they have a habit of bullying people and making up lies to cover their aggressive sales tactics. It is obvious that this is John Henry and his Premier Company's plan. Watch out for these people. It starts as a free demo and turns into a big expensive lying mess.
