I am in the same boat as many others on this site. I am expecting $9 for 1 cell phone. My phone was "verified" on Nov. 30. I made repeated attempted to contact the company with one response saying they were looking into it. BS!
So, I filed complaints at www.ic3. Gov, www.myfloridalegal.com, and www.800helpfla.com. I also contacted the Marion county sheriff's department who just directed me to the 800helpfla website. I also started paperwork for filing a small claims case for the full value of the phones plus legal fees and phone calls trying to reach them.
This company is a fraud and needs to be put away! There are much better ways to rid of your phone.
