On 8/11 a door to door salesman came and sold me magazine that I never received, in Burke VA, he canvassed the whole neighborhood, with some help out the disavantaged

On 8/11 a door to door saleman canvassed my neighborhood, claiming he need help and if we bought magazine it would help feed his family. We bought magazine and never received them. I tried calling the company but the phone is turned off.
