This sterling and king company has called me and left messages on my vm (that I have saved) telling me that they are filing charges against me for fraud of a financial institution???
Here is the story I fell into some hard times and had to get a payday loan. I didnt not write a check it was an ACH. I banked with Washington Mutual at the time, well Chase bought out Washington Mutual and changed routing numbers but my account number was the same
I lost my job and had to file BK7 and added this payday loan company to it. They are still calling and telling me that charges have been filed in my county and that I am going to jail for writing a bad check???
I told them I didnt write a bad check and explained to them what happened with the bank. They called me a liar and a no good for not paying my bills. As if they havent fallen on hard times before.
I tried to make arrangements with them but they dont want to.in my research I have found I am not the only one they like to harrass and theaten false things too. This company needs to have a stop put to them.
Isnt this illegal???
