Im sorry but I need this not to happen to anyone else. These lady (Barbara) is pretty sharp, she took advantage of me at a low point in my life. My dog died after 14 years and I was heart broken, and devistated over my loss. I searched the internet to find SOHO SHIHTZUS of New York. Well first off the website makes it seem like she is located in Manhattan and when you call up, they are located two hours from the city. This was my first mistake because she (Barbara) talked me into mailing her a one hundred dollar deposit to be PLACED ON HER WAITLIST. Its one year later and I still never got a phone call or a refund.in my opinion she must collect these deposits from people and then you never hear from her again. When emailed her she blocks my screen name. SOHO SHIHTZUS is a SCAM, and I called the better buisness department, only to find another complaint and to find our she is not licenced to breed dogs. So I guess I am lucky to only have lost 100 dollars, God help the unknowning people that dont know any better and sent there hard earned money as well only to be scamed out of it. My friend called her just to see if she was still running the same scarm and she said she was having three litters in March of and told her to send her deposit so she is not missing out of the line, If this was ligit why should you send money when the puppy is not even born yet. Be careful and realize that these people must be desperate and running a bad scam and please heed my WARNING, I cant be bothered to deal with small claims court but I can tell you what happend to me and hope it doesnt happen to you.
