I ordered some lamps for my daughters room online, from a company called End of the Rainbow. I placed my order on 2/14, but didn't receive a tracking number or order status, so I called and left a message on 2/15 as well as sent an email checking the status. On 2/16 I received an email back stating that the lamps were being shipped out on the 16th and would be delivered on the 19th. On the 19th I got an email saying they were just being shipped out that day and I would get them on the 23rd. So, on the 23rd, the lamps came, I signed for them, opened them and noticed right away that they had some sort of smudges on the lamp shade of one (looked like make up smudges to me) and the other lamps base was scratched up (they are chrome so its very obvious) so, I called and got no answer and then emailed the company complaining about the dirt and damage to the lamps, literally TEN minutes after Fedex delivered them to me, this was on 2/23.
