Lani Star is a scam artist who lives on Maui.
She tells everyone she teaches the methods of famed vocal coach Seth Riggs.
He sent her a cease and desist letter telling her to stop when he learned she was blowing up the pages of his book and pretending that she teaches for him.
It's a lie. If you don't believe me, email Seth Riggs directly through his website and he will tell you. Just google him and his website and contact information will appear.
Secondly, she says she has taught and prestigious universities such as Harvard, Yale, and other high profile schools.
This, too, is an absolute lie.
She was fired as a producer on Maui for making ridiculous demands, trying to get advertising to promote her vocal instruction classes rather than the shows she was hired to promote.
BE WARNED. This woman charges $100 an hour and if your a serious singer, being taught by someone who doesn't know what they are doing can seriously damage your vocals.
