On January 11 I requested a set of earrings for my cousin. About 14 days later I named and advised the client support division that I'd not yet acquired the bundle. I had been advised to hold back another week that we did. I called back 7 days later and was informed I'd get a credit for that total quantity of $26.98. $19.99 for earrings, $6.99 for delivery. Another 10 times passed and that I receiverd a state type from JTV, I completed the types, included a notice informing JTV how terrible their support have been and set them within the email 24 hours later. On February 18 I obtained a credit for that cost of the earrings, $19.99. Once more I named in and was informed that I ought to have obtained the entire quantity, below it's 7 days later and that I still do not have the entire amount I had been billed. Every time I've spoken to somebody at Customer Support I've been informed they can't determine what occurred which it'll be solved instantly. It's been 6 months since I have requested and taken care of the earrings. I've only $19.99 to exhibit for that period difficulty and also the cash. This type of person the consumate rip-off designers.
