Gert Chalay (AKA Gerrit Goossens) abandoned the UnitedStates as his permanent residence. On July 20 US court entered fraudjudgment against him. As a result of this judgment he was found committedfraud. It was proved that he established sham companies Azteq USA and AzteqInternational with the purpose of fraudulently obtaining of funds. Disrespecting US court decision he left the country.
