This company has been charging my ATT and bill for a web hosting service. When I telephoned them they said that I had given them verbal approval for this service. I insisted that I had never spoken to them. The Customer service rep said that they had an account for me as well as a web site. I told her much more firmly than before that I have had the same web hosting service for 12 years and was not now, previously or in the future going to change. She went on the insist that I owed them this money. Needless to say, after much back and forth, threatening on my part, reciting of the web search rip off information, etc. I was given a refund. I was told this would take several weeks to appear on my bill. We shall see.
