Beware of this company that recruits from Careerbuilder.
This company solicited me through Careerbuiler. They performed a search, found my resume and contacted me by phone about a job opportunity.
1) First suspicion was how they got my phone number considering it is not shown in my resume and my phone number is unlisted.
2) Sean Heller called me and asked me to call him a Friday morning with no mention as to what the career opportunity was about. I returned his call two hours later and heard nothing from him. On Monday, Rachel Smith called me with a similar announcement. I returned her all and received voice mail. It seems there was no position with this company and the company was simply filling in its database.
3) I emailed the company. Theresa Zandi, Vice President of Recruiting emailed me back. I was quite careful in how I worded my email and explained that the recruiters contacted me with an initial solicitation, that I did not solicit Edge Professional. Theresa Zandi returned my email claiming that I solicited them which I stated was false because I never heard of the company before.
4) I called this recruiting firm twice after their initial contact with me and in both cases, they did not return my call after they called me.in addition, the Vice President reversed the situation on me claiming I solicited them when I did not.
