Jdc wig scam/I ordered 3 units full lace wigs 1400 total on debitcard. Wa8ted 2 months nothing called number sounded like telamarketing.indian girl found order said would leave a message called 10 times sometime answer sometimes not. I had called police in the city on the site and asked to check the address. He said its an ups store site. I called it and said the persons po box where payments were made was private and couldnt release info to me for the name of who used the jdc company name under it I called my bank said i was charged and dodnt resieve items i filled out a affidavid with bank. Its a form from the bank put down all info from the website with number and address. They took the corresponding number of the account that withsrew my funds for ppayment and reversed the charges back to my account Normally they can any bank wothin 10 days of purchase but in my case cause the wigs take several weeks to make they understood and granted me the option to force back the money from jdc account to be debited back to me i got the money back in 2 days in my account and the bank said if they dont hear about it i wouuld be fine. Im glad a friend told me who owns a wig site on the net who owns lace front wigs.com hes wonderfull and has great wigs. Go to him hes honest and has great wigs and if wernt for his advice of how to get my money back from a scam like jdc wigs i would have been out of 14000 dollars Jdc is a scam but for those who want their money back do what i did go to your bank find the charge fill out the affidavit with your bank bring id and whatever reuquired by the bank with the info take the time to fill it out and describe what happened and youll get the funds pulled out of the scammers account and they wont know what hit them / wont cost you anything and Im happy now that my bank did. JDC would have never refunded me kept leading me on to say they will and never did the phones dont work and if they do do you get nothing but faulse promoises/The woman and post office and ups store to knew jdc was a scam yet let it go on. Anyone can sett up a post office box fake name and business and this is terrible i called prior to my money the BBc better business beroue and they tool 3 momths all i got was they would be inverstigated and be written up and have licence pulled etc but could not get my money back Thank you wig owner front lace wigs.com for giving me the help needed by telling me to go to my bank / So if you all who deal with JDC wigs go to your bank and get the date form your statement at the bank will have it if you dont have a copy and find it aat no fee and fill out a affidavit youll be happy you did and have the money back that was yours that they stole thanks
