My mother was assigned to work at Crossroads Detention Facility under the most CORRUPT politically appointed Commissioner Neil Hernandez. As of Jan. 20 when Mayors Office delegants stormed into Department of Juvenile Justice and FORCED Neil Hernandez to resign after weeks that he disrespected the Mayors request. Commissioner for ACS was assigned DJJ prior to this date that was made official 1/20/10. My mom voiced her discomfort at work via letters and complainst of Discrimination, Child Abuse of kids at Crossroads, and that her pay was short for 3 years. My mom was being harassed by Hernandez thugs and totally abused by Sergeants at the Administrators request to shut her up. My mom kept writting and one phone call made her very scared. The kid had broken bones by a Sergeant my mom told the agency thugs about. My mom told the next group of Government Attorney General. After that it was a war DJJ vs. My mom. They made her stay out of work said she was crazy and paid a Psychiatrist to say she was crazy. Meanwhile these politically appointed people ran like untrained animals CORRUPTIOn and COVER UP. My poor mom out of work with 3 kids and discraced by this agency. For 11 months we suffered together I had to leave college. My mom devoted herself to this job. My mom was great with the kids as, I was told for 3 that went to High School with me. My mom had her day in cout February at OATH. That Doctor they paid twice to lie was paid with tax payers monet to lie again. My mom tape recorded what the Doctor and her spoke about to prove he is a lier and told Neil Hernandez. They under estimated my mom as a parent thier cubs and care is not to be played with. My mom did this for the kids. Well, Executive Directors that are given a job because they are Hernnadez home girl or booty call testified under OATH to stupidity that opened a door for my mom to speak of Excessive Force and Child Abuse by a Segeant at Crossroads that attacked my mom that day too. As she protected a boy from being punched. This agency protects all afor-american people they are down with. This place is suppose to be safe for them. Yeah they are criminals too but human beings treated like animals. My mom cant work thier because she is fair honest and by the book. It is unfortunate that this happened but now thier is a HOnest man in charge that appears that will change the way this agency has been running a muck for years. Kids sleep in a housing area full of mold when, staff speaks out they get Disciplined. They are the groups of people that give government a bad name. Why did it take this long to this disgusting criminal thug out of office is beyond me. From reading my mom documents I dont understand how Corruption charges have not been filed and how this abusive Sergeant has not been tried in Criminal Court like they did to my mom. Oh because my mo is white and spanish and he is of color afro-american. These people did so much to destroy my mom for reporting Governemtnal Corruption but, her faith in god kept her above thier game.
