Attacked at business by employee

I was at the desk getting report when a white nurse came up behind me and stuck me in my back with a inkpen. I went to hospital, employer, refused to pay hospital bill and refused to do anything about situation, when i talked to one of the owners, brenda, i was fired. I am black, and consider this asd a hate crime.
