I filled out an application for a loan online, I was denied the loan immediately but was enrolled in some clip coupons membership without my permission or knowledge and deducted $19.93 from my personal checking account for membership. When I called the company they told me they would cancel my enrollment but the $19.93 was non-refundable. The person I spoke to named Dana Ramirez refused to allow me to speak with any supervisor or anyone over her.
